Refund & Exchange Policy
Please read carefully as beauty items and clothing items have different refund and exchange policies. For a beauty item and to stay in lines with COVID19 procedures we only offer refunds or exchanges in the case of defective or damaged products. We must be notified immediately upon receipt but no longer than 5 business days that your beauty item was damaged or defective. If you receive a beauty item and simply do not like the product we must be notified immediately or within 5 business days and we will accept returns for products that are in there original unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt. Press on nails are not refundable. Please note there will be a 20% restock fee associated with the return and the customer will be responsible for the postage to return the item. When returning please make sure to take note of the tracking info as we cannot be responsible for missing returns.
Return Policy for Clothing Items
Clothing items are eligible for return for a store credit only and must meet eligibility terms. Eligible returns must be approved and are only accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. If your clothing item return must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of stains, makeup, deodorant or any signs of wear) to be eligible to be returned. When returning please make sure to take note of the tracking info as you are responsible for the return and we are not accountable if it is missing. Upon receipt of eligible return we will process for a store credit and you will be sent an email to the address that the order was placed with. Your store credit does not expire.
If you receive a defective or damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to support@shesabeatbeauty.com and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund according to item type.
To be eligible for refunds, all returns must be accompanied by all original components and never been used. First contact us at support@shesabeatbeauty.com with order number to receive approval for return. All returns must be approved and there after returned to 2162 Waterford Park Dr., Lawrenceville, GA 30044 within the 5 business days of approval. If the item has not been received within the approval time then we will only provide a store credit as long as returned in unopened condition.
If you have international shipping it does not include taxes, customs fees or free shipping. Additionally, we can not offer any refunds or exchanges on international orders and can not replace items that are reported as lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If you cannot find your package after delivery is confirmed. Unfortunately, theft and fraud are common with smaller packages that are delivered sometimes. Because of this, we can not provide refunds or replacement on merchandise stolen, lost or missing after confirmed delivery.
When your item has been approved for return and received it will be inspected, customer service will confirm the receipt and notify you about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to customers original form of payment shortly after if it is a beauty item otherwise a store credit will be issued as earlier stated.
