Description

Biosilk Silk Therapy with Keratin Shampoo gently cleanses hair and removes buildup while leaving hair healthy and manageable. Silk proteins penetrate hair to condition and create incredible shine. Silk Therapy with Keratin Conditioner transforms chemically, mechanically, or environmentally abused hair by replenishing moisture. Apply shampoo to damp hair and work into a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if desired. After shampooing, apply conditioner and work evenly through hair. Leave in for up to 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

How to use

Shipping

Please note due to COVID-19 shipping times will vary. The USPS is how must items are shipped and they have had continued COVID19 delays which unfortunately effects your shipments.

Most orders will take 5 to 10 days to be processed and shipped. However some items will take between 10 to 15 days to be processed and shipped. For smaller makeup items after processed will take 5 to 10 days to arrive and for larger items will take 10 to 20 days to arrive within the continental United States and Canada. In most cases we try to offer a flat discounted shipping rate that varies by the item size, weight and destination. Unfortunately, no shipments can be made to P.O. boxes within the United States

Shipping costs to all other non-continental US destinations are based on weight.  You will be notified of shipping costs during checkout. Additional custom fees may be charged depending on the country's regulations. Due to import restrictions imposed by local governments, we do not ship to freight forwarders.

 

Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will process on the following Monday. Also please check to make sure that your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for address that are entered incorrectly.

 

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship within the United States, Canada, Australia & Most European Countries. If a shipping rate does not come up for your country please contact support@shesabeatbeauty.com

 

Shipping times:

  • For orders from the United States the order will take from 5 to 15 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 to 5 business days.
  • International orders take 10 to 20 business days to be delivered via and will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any custom taxes or duties charged by your country.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 

Return policy

Return & Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our product we only offer refunds or exchanges in the case of defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery date for all makeup products. For all other products we will accept returns for products that are in there original unopened packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note there will be a 20% restock fee associated with the return and the customer will be responsible for the postage to return the item. When returning please make sure to take note of the tracking info as we cannot be responsible for missing returns.

If you receive a defective or damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to support@shesabeatbeauty.com and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for refunds, all returns must be accompanied by all original components and never been used.

If you have international shipping it does not include taxes, customs fees or free shipping. Additionally, we can not offer any refunds or exchanges on international orders and can not replace items that are reported as lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If you cannot find your package after delivery is confirmed. Unfortunately, theft and fraud are common with smaller packages that are delivered sometimes. Because of this, we can not provide refunds or replacement on merchandise stolen, lost or missing after confirmed delivery. 

When your item has been approved for return and received it will be inspected, customer service will confirm the receipt and notify you about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to customers original form of payment shortly after.
